Our roots lie in Italy

The Alpensped GmbH, situated in Mannheim, was founded 1993 and was able to quickly establish in the competitive forwarding market.

As you can guess from the name, our roots lay in the truck traffic business from inner Europe across the Alps to Italy. Yet soon we expended our range to new routes in east and south-west Europe, as well as to innovative and ecologically friendly ways of transport.

Today we provide an extensive offer of logistical services to our customers, ranging from part and complete freights, transports of heavy and dangerous goods up to consultancy and realisation of storage and distribution services. Through our long and intensive relationships, we have built up a close-meshed net of agencies and subsidiaries during the last years. The thus created high-quality infrastructure guarantees a smooth and reliable realisation of your orders.

New goals: South and south-east Europe

Another focal point of our activities is east and south-east Europe. Especially in Slovenia and Croatia we have reliable partners, who also guarantee a complete logistic and a smooth realisation of your orders in these countries. Quality means a lot to us.

Europe is growing together: we take part!

With agencies and partners in all countries of the European Union and their neighbouring states we handle the customs formalities and clearance for the import and export on the spot. This and the expension of our range from Serbia and Macedonia in the south to Romania and Bulgaria in the east makes us a competent, flexible and reliable partner in the fast growing European market .
