FLEET

Alpensped Transporte Komplettladungen

Our fleet

Alpensped has a versatile fleet to meet a range of transport requirements. In total, our fleet comprises 560 vehicles under long-term contracts and 41 owned vehicles. Depending on the transport task, various vehicle types and bodywork configurations are available.

Our fleet includes, amongst others, tarpaulin-covered vehicles, box, insulated and refrigerated semi-trailers, mega-trailers, Code XL vehicles, as well as specialised vehicles for special and heavy-haul transport. Suitable vehicle types are also available for the transport of loose goods and bulk cargo. Many of the lorries in use are equipped for the transport of dangerous goods (ADR).

The vehicles are inspected regularly. In addition to scheduled inspections, we also carry out unannounced truck checks. Any defects identified are discussed with the relevant hauliers and must be rectified in accordance with the agreed requirements. These inspections support the operational safety of the vehicles and help to prevent downtime and delays.

Over 85 % of our contracted vehicle fleet consists of Euro 6 lorries. This figure is based on our currently documented fleet inventory and is updated regularly.

Suitable vehicles may be fitted with GPS or telematics systems for transport monitoring. In addition, depending on the transport requirements, the vehicles used are equipped with specialised features for, for example, dangerous goods, temperature-controlled goods, high-volume shipments, or special and heavy goods transport.

Our vehicles

The vehicles listed are available with tarpaulin, box, thermo and frigo bodies. We use additional open special vehicles for special and heavy transports. The maximum dimensions, volumes, weights and body types may vary depending on the destination.
