To meet day-to-day challenges such as transport safety, a shortage of cargo space and the high demands placed on on-time delivery, Alpensped works closely and in partnership with a large number of contracted transport companies from across Europe. This is based on fair cooperation on an equal footing, good communication in the local language and appropriate remuneration.

Long-term partnerships offer many advantages for both sides and a high degree of planning certainty. Our hauliers benefit from a consistent volume of work and dedicated contact persons, as well as prompt payment and our excellent credit standing. As a financially reliable partner with an excellent credit rating, we guarantee the secure and punctual processing of all payments. In turn, we benefit from secure, fixed, high-quality freight space, stable freight rates and a loyal working relationship.

Our multilingual driver’s handbook provides drivers with information on load securing, the legal regulations governing working hours, driving times and rest periods, country-specific driving bans and exemptions, as well as our customers’ requirements. In addition, our hauliers conduct annual driver training courses on road safety and economical driving.
